AGAVE MEXICAN BISTRO on State Street will feature a cool summer treat with a 1950’s Hollywood past. The Agave Texas Mule is a special drink served in a glass mug. The drink originated at the Cock ‘n Bull on Sunset Strip in the 50’s.

Allow time to visit all of downtown Newburyport's unique shops and restaurants.
The right side of State Street and all of Pleasant Street will be closed to traffic during the event. There will be no regular parking on either side of State Street or Pleasant Street beginning at 3pm. Only cars for the event with proper event documentation will be allowed. Regular vehicles parked after 3pm on either side of State and Pleasant Streets will be towed per order of the Newburyport Police Department.

Classic cars for the event may be parked in the show area of State, Pleasant and Inn Streets beginning at 4pm. Parking will be done under the direction of show coordinator Wes Pettengill and his parking attendants. They will direct event display cars to their proper parking positions.
In the event of inclement weather or the threat of inclement weather be sure to tune to WNBP after 12 noon on Thursday, August 16th for any postponement or other information.
